Adding Specless Support to Your Organization

By default, organizations on the Specless platform are private. Only the organization's administrators and members are able to view and manage the organization's creatives, templates, and formats.

Specless Support Access

Need a little help from your friends at Specless? Specless Support is here for you. Simply update your settings to give Specless Support administrator access to your organization, and we'll help you troubleshoot any issues with your organization.

To give administrator access to Specless Support

  1. After logging in to the Specless web app, click the User Details dropdown and select Organizations.

2. Under Specless Support, check the box to Add Specless as Administrator for Support PurposesSpecless Support now has the access we need to help you.

You can always uncheck the Add Specless as Administrator box to return to your default, private settings.
