For Campaign & Advertiser names, please ensure they have unique names - they aren’t case insensitive.

  • For example (Advertiser) Coca Cola - if you enter “coca-cola” it will default to “Coca-Cola”
  • For example (Campaign) if you have two different campaigns with the same advertiser, make sure they’re labeled differently so you can tell which campaign is which - “Coca-Cola Superbowl” and “Coca-Cola Holiday”
  • Individually by tag
  • At the creative level
  • After either of those has been created.
